The players arrived on Sunday morning and played a practice round before enjoying a private dinner in what was the European Ryder Cup Team room for three Ryder cups.

Monday morning dawned bright and slightly misty as the ladies set off to play their Grand Final. Unfortunately, someone must have told the green staff that 38 ladies were playing that day as they chose to start their winter maintenance programme by scarifying some of the greens!

Lunch and presentations took place in the Ryder Room which many may recognise from the 2002 Ryder Cup.

Ist prize winners won golf bags complete with head covers, an umbrella and a make-up bag. 2nd prize was a carry bag, 3rd a Boston Bag and 4th a shoe bag. Many thanks to Green NV for their support with the prizes. Winners and runners-up also received an engraved glass trophy.
