AmateurLadyGolfer.co.uk (ALG) will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data held and scores calculated by ALG.

ALG website members will submit and enter most of the data and as such ALG can accept no responsibility for inaccuracies that appear.

If you become aware of an error in the data presented, contact us immediately on error@amateurladygolfer.co.uk and we will correct it.

Information confidentiality
Information that you submit to amateurladygolfer.co.uk will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties without your consent.
 

Deleting information held
At the end of each competition ALG will remove and delete any data or information held on our database relating to that competion.

It is up to competitors to make copies of such data and information for their own subsequent use, if they wish to do so.

ALG cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or claim incurred or suffered while participating in an ALG-staged event.
 

Promoting club events
ALG will promote events such as Opens, Coffee mornings, Bridge days through our website on behalf of the Ladies' Sections of Clubs whose members are active users. ALG cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information regarding such promotions.
 

Service levels of host to server system
Our server is hosted by a provider that has a 90% uptime guarantee. While we will strive to have the ALG competitions website available at all times, there will be occasions beyond our control when the service is not available.
 

Continuous improvement and changes to site - downtime
ALG strives constantly to improve its service. This means that from time to time we need to make changes in the site, resulting in sections becoming temporarily unavailable. We will schedule any such interruptions at times when users are least likely to be using the site. We will notify registered users in advance of any such downtime.
